The launch of an intelligent platform based on SAP S/4HANA uses the SAP Fiori interface and combines three systems:

  • Enterprise resource planning
  • Human capital management
  • Business planning and consolidation

The compliance of targeted business processes with SAP standards has been achieved through more than 200 organizational changes

  • Integration of processes and data into three SAP-subsystems – ERP, HCM and BPC – enabled prompt decision-making thanks to the creation of a single channel with up-to-date, complete and reliable information on all aspects of the business
  • Additional functionality has been received:
    • Automated price calculation based on London Stock Exchange data
    • Improved financial management thanks to Fiori
    • The management of invoices has ensured the transition to paperless processes
  • The BOD module provided access to more than 50 management reports with analytics; whereas the NSM module made it possible to automate salary calculations for 20,000 employees
  • Parallel accounting and budgeting in two currencies have been implemented
