The launch of an intelligent platform based on SAP S/4HANA uses the SAP Fiori interface and combines three systems:
- Enterprise resource planning
 - Human capital management
 - Business planning and consolidation
 
The compliance of targeted business processes with SAP standards has been achieved through more than 200 organizational changes

- The company’s management processes and operations have been improved by standardization and automation
 - Integration of processes and data into three SAP-subsystems – ERP, HCM and BPC – enabled prompt decision-making thanks to the creation of a single channel with up-to-date, complete and reliable information on all aspects of the business
 - Additional functionality has been received:
- Automated price calculation based on London Stock Exchange data
 - Improved financial management thanks to Fiori
 - The management of invoices has ensured the transition to paperless processes
 
 - The BOD module provided access to more than 50 management reports with analytics; whereas the NSM module made it possible to automate salary calculations for 20,000 employees
 - Parallel accounting and budgeting in two currencies have been implemented
