The bank had more than 5 million individual customers, but the credit workflow for individuals had a low level of automation and digitisation:
- Submitting a loan application (consumer loan, credit card, mortgage) was only possible with physical presence at a Bank branch
 - Time-to-decision on loan applications was more than 1 working day
 - 1/2 of CLWF steps took place outside IT systems

        Key activities included:
- Collection of business requirements and design of the target loan workflow (customer journey, processes)
 - Design of target architecture for loan application from different channels (internet bank, Bank branch, partner sites and marketplace aggregators), with an omnichannel concept in mind
 - Step-by-step development of loan pipeline modules:
                
- Core services - common functions for all credit products
 - Product logic (consumer loans, credit cards, mortgages)
 - Integration with channels (digital bank, front office) and other systems (ABS, card processing, etc.)
 
 - Product catalogue
